Gentle Yoga

Yoga is extremely helpful in managing anxiety, depression and OCD symptoms. These sessions primarily focus on breath work and restorative poses to increase flexibility, counteract the fight/flight response and self-acceptance. Deborah is also available for individual sessions to specifically address the needs of each client so she/he can learn what style of yoga best suits their individual goals.
