Family Therapy

Family Issues Group

All of us learn to view ourselves, and the world around us, via our experiences with our primary relationships. These relationships usually revolve around the family into which we were born or the one in which we currently find ourselves. In this therapeutic group, residents have the opportunity to explore in greater depth any issues regarding their family relationships that are critical to them, are able to test out the usefulness of their perspectives, and to gain ideas for new perspectives both from other residents as well as the family group therapist. With the experienced direction provided, residents are able to successfully design more useful dynamics with the significant people in their lives.
