Self Help Groups

Alcoholics Anonymous holds meetings several times each day on the campus of Sheppard Pratt. Appropriate residents struggling with addictions are strongly and consistently encouraged to avail themselves of these meetings as well as meetings of Narcotics Anonymous, or Al-Anon when appropriate. Self help groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and Al-Anon are considered for many residents to be extremely helpful throughout the recovery and healing process.
