Fitness Room

The Retreat offers an exercise room for your workout convenience. The equipment provided for you are Life Fitness Treadmill, Octane Fitness Elliptical, Life Fitness Cable Weight Machine, an array of stability Balls, medicine balls, and free weights. In addition to our exercise room we belong to a full service off campus fitness facility, The Merritt Athletic Club.
