Pam Dudek is a licensed certified social worker, clinical with over 20 years experience in psychotherapy, counseling, behavior change education, and coaching. She has worked in a wide range of settings as a clinician, administrator, clinical supervisor, and as a clinical instructor. Ms. Dudek approaches her work with clients from a strength and wellness stance, working with clients to identify the skills, abilities, talents, and knowledge they carry within themselves that can be utilized to help the client achieve their therapeutic goal(s). She views the counseling process as a partnership of clinician and client focused on finding solutions that work best for the client. Pam received her Bachelor of Arts in Russian and Economics from Goucher College, a Masters in Library and Information Science from University of Maryland College Park, and her Masters in Social Work from University of Maryland at Baltimore. Pam is also certified as a clinician in the EAGALA model of equine assisted psychotherapy.
