Recreational Therapist, The Retreat at Sheppard Pratt

Teresa graduated from Frostburg State University with a B.S. in Recreation and Parks Management with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation. She is certified as a recreational therapist through the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation. Teresa is an advocate for adventure based activities for therapeutic involvement. She has experience teaching rock climbing, snowboarding, and kayaking. She is also certified through American Fitness Professional Associate as a personal trainer. She works with residents in both group and individual sessions at the Retreat.
