Dr. Franklin is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University Of Maryland School Of Medicine and a Candidate at the Washington Center for Psychoanalysis. He is board certified in addiction medicine as well as psychiatry and has extensive experience in psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, addictions and dual-diagnosis, and teaches and supervises in the area of addictions and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
