Thomas Franklin, MD

Dr. Franklin is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and a Fellow at the Washington Psychoanalytic Institute. He has extensive experience in psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, addictions and dual-diagnosis, and teaches and supervises in the area of psychodynamic psychotherapy.
